• AI-powered messaging tools
• APIs and webhooks
• Reporting and analytics

Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

ChatServe operates using official WhatsApp Business Platform integrations.

You agree to comply with:

• Meta Platform Terms
• WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies
• Applicable anti-spam laws
• Applicable privacy laws

You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining user consent
• Maintaining opt-in records
• Ensuring lawful communication practices

ChatServe is not responsible for violations committed by customers.

You may not use ChatServe to:

• Send spam
• Send fraudulent messages
• Conduct phishing activities
• Distribute malware
• Promote illegal products or services
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass or abuse individuals
• Circumvent platform restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload, including:

• Message templates
• Campaign content
• Automation rules
• Contact data
• Custom configurations

You grant ChatServe a limited license to process and store such content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws.

ChatServe may provide REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

You agree not to:

• Abuse API rate limits
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Interfere with platform operation

API access may be restricted or suspended if misuse is detected.

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all applicable fees
• Pay taxes where required

Failure to pay may result in:

• Account suspension
• Service restrictions
• Account termination

Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.

Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, and network issues may affect availability.

ChatServe relies on third-party providers including Meta/WhatsApp, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, and infrastructure vendors.

We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party services.

Customers are responsible for maintaining copies of critical business information.

While ChatServe performs reasonable backups and safeguards, we do not guarantee recovery of all data in every circumstance.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Abuse is reported
• Required by law
• Required by Meta or WhatsApp policies

You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatServe disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and continuous availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatServe shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, indirect damages, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ChatServe during the previous 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatServe, its employees, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, your messaging practices, violations of law, or violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through email, in-app notices, or website announcements.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

Any disputes shall be resolved through applicable courts or dispute resolution mechanisms.
